Who we are

Introducing Alice Tiberio, Volio’s owner and operator who grew up among olive trees near the rolling hills of Rimini. From directly importing and selling Volio EVOO at the farmers markets and local restaurants in Seattle, to expanding her range and running her own stand at Luxembourg’s central market, she has spent more than 15 years buidling a bridge between her home region and the people who love its food. Today you will find Alice in her Epicerie in Junglinster.

Volio is built on a simple idea: work only with producers we know and trust, and treat their products with the respect they deserve. We hand-select every wine, cheese, cured meat, and pantry staple; choosing them for their character and the people behind them. As producers ourselves, our aim is to highlight the hard work, passion, and expertise of these amazing people, and to bring that craft to your table through honest, direct-trade products.
